用桩核烤瓷冠桥方法矫正咬合紊乱

OCCLUSAL RECONSTRUCTION OF ADULT MALOCCLUSION TREATED BY POST CONE,PORCELAIN BRIDGE

目的：观察用桩核烤瓷冠桥方法进行成人后牙咬合紊乱合重建治疗效果。方法：对１４例单侧单个后牙或多数后牙咬合紊乱、偏侧咀嚼、颞颌关节功能紊乱症状患者采用桩核、烤瓷冠桥或铸造冠桥进行合重建治疗。结果：重建后咬合关系恢复良好，纠正偏侧咀嚼习惯，关节症状缓解。结论：应用桩核烤瓷冠桥方法重建良好的合关系是可行的，成人后牙咬合紊乱是应该予以矫治的。

Objective:To study the method of reconstruction of malocclusion of posterior teeth in adult by post core,porcelain bridge.Methods:Fourteen patients with malocclusion,involving one or more posterior teeth on single side with unilateral mastication and temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome(TMJDS),were treated by using post core,porcelain bridge or cast crown bridge.Results:After reconstructing occlusion,satisfactory occlusal relationship was obtained,habit of unilateral mastication was corrected,and the symptoms of TMJDS were relieved.Conclusion:It is feasible to reconstruct satisfactory occlusion in adults with serious malocclusion of posterior teeth by this method.
