摘要
变频调速技术已经成为现代电力传动技术的发展方向。其卓越的调速性能,改善了现有设备的运行状况。对某化工企业动力厂的灰浆输送系统进行分析,提出了高压变频改造和高一低压变频改造2种方案,对比后得出高-低压变频改造为最佳改造方案,采用该方案可节约大量电能,改善设备的运行情况,提高了系统的自动化程度。
At present, VFD(varying frequency device)has became the main developing trend of modern driven technology. Its outstanding performance of speed governing has greatly improved the operation of the system. Based on the analysis of the slurry handling system in a chemical enterprise, two schemes of both high voltage inverter and high-low voltage frequency converter have been put forward. The scheme of high-low voltage frequency converter has been selected in comparison with two schemes, which will save large quantity of electric power, improve the operation of the sgsfem and increase its automatization.
