摘要
针对晋阳选煤厂粗煤泥系统中存在的问题,结合选煤厂现状条件、原煤煤质及其可选性、粗煤泥系统入料粒度等方面论证分析了干扰床分选设备在该厂应用的可行性,指出粗煤泥系统改造实施后,可提高选煤厂的生产能力和精煤产率,同时又降低消耗和提高经济效益,粗煤泥系统改造是可行的。
The applied feasibility of disturbance bed separation equipments was analysed and demonstrated, based on problems in coarse slurry system and coal quality, washability, feeding material size of coal slurry system in Jinyang Coal Preparation Plant After reformations of coal slurry system had been finished, production capacity and washed coal productivity would have been increased, and consumption reduced, and economic benefits raised. Reformations of coal slurry system were feasible.
