摘要
华能南通电厂1号发电机组(350MW)配备电动给水泵1台,汽动给水泵2台。因汽动给水泵原再循环阀泄漏严重,更换为79262型再循环调阀。该阀安装使用后,同样发生了泄漏的故障,造成机组不能满负荷发电,降低了机组效率。根据该阀的结构,采取了相应的措施对策,有效地控制了该阀的泄漏,满足了机组满负荷发电的参数要求。
One electric feed-water pump and two steam-driven feedwater pumps were equipped for No. 1 Power Unit (350 MW) in HPI Nantong Power Plant. Type 79262 recirculating control valve has replaced steam-driven feedwater pump because of its serious leakeage. But the same leakage occurred in the control valve after instauation and operation so as to make the power unit fail in full load operation and decrease the efficiency of the power unit. Related countermeasures have been adopted based on the struaton of the valve. No more leakage has been controlled effectively and the requirement of parameters should gratified in full load operation.
