摘要 将刷束处理为多孔介质,在动量方程中引入由于多孔介质对流体流动的阻碍作用而引起的动量源项,之后详细分析了刷束孔隙率的确定方法并根据实验结果确定了该孔隙率,从而建立了模拟刷式封严泄漏流动的多孔介质模型.对该模型的计算结果做进一步的修正后,可以与实验结果很好地吻合,证明了利用该模型预测刷式封严的泄漏量是可行的. The bristle pack was treated as porous medium. A momentum source term which was caused by the porous medium was added into the momentum equation. The method to determine porosity of the pack was examined in detail and the porosity was obtained based on the experimental results. So a porous medium model for simulating the leakage through brush seals was built up. The computational results, after correction, show a good agreement with the experimental results. The model was proved to be practicable for predicting the leakage of brush seals.
