摘要 该文叙述啤酒酵母细胞壁中β-(1,3)-D-葡聚糖结构特点与理化性质,比较5种对β-(1,3) -D-葡聚糖提取方法,并介绍β-(1,3)-D-葡聚糖生物活性及其应用。 The paper talked about the structural features and the physical and chemical properties of beer yeast β-(1,3)-D-glucan. Five common extraction methods about β-(1,3)-D-glucan were compared, Some biological properties and much application of β-(1,3)-D-glucan were also discussed in this paper.
