L型复合假体隆鼻术

Rhinoaugmentation with L-shaped compound implant

为探讨一种预防和治疗手术后出现鼻尖假体轮廓外显和鼻尖外露的方法。应用鼻尖部覆盖自体耳软骨的Ｌ型硅胶假体隆鼻术，即在Ｌ型假体的鼻尖部覆盖取自耳甲腔软骨（０．８ｃｍ×１．０ｃｍ），共施术３６例。其中Ｌ型硅胶取出后鼻尖部凹陷４例，隆鼻术后鼻尖歪斜６例，鼻尖皮肤组织肥厚修薄后５例，鼻部皮肤细薄９例，均取得良好效果，未发现并发症。本手术具有方法简便，术中鼻尖易于调整。术后鼻尖柔软稳定，防止鼻尖外露的优点。尤其适用于隆鼻术后鼻尖皮肤变薄，鼻尖假体轮廓外显，瘢痕凹陷和鼻尖部皮肤较薄的病人。

Revealing out of the contour and protrusion of the implant from the nose tip are common complications of rhinoaugmentation with L-shaped implant, difficultly to deal with. The purpose of this paper is to search for a way of prevention and treatment of these complications. Use of a L-shaped silicone implant covered at the tip of the nose with one peice of conchal cartilage for rhinoaugmentation in 36 cases were reported, all of whom got good result without complication. This simple and easy-master technique have advantages of making the tip adjustable during operation and soft, stable, confortable postoperatively, especially suitable for the patients whose skin of tip is thin, scarred and depressed.
