电控柴油机下线生产操作过程的研究

摘要 下线生产操作过程(EOL)是电控柴油机从设计阶段走向生产阶段时不可或缺的环节,也是电控柴油机生产和售后服务时必要的工具。由于电控柴油机不同于传统非电控柴油机的特殊要求,EOL建设是所有致力于生产下一代符合严格排放要求的柴油机的生产厂家所面临的课题。本文展开的对其的研究是一个初步的探索,也是一个成功应用的实例。 EOL is a necessary link for an electronically controlled engine from design stage to production stage. It's also a necessity in periods of production and after-sales service of electronically controlled engine. Due to the special requirements of electronically controlled engine that are different from those of traditional diesel engine, the construction of EOL is becoming the topics facing all manufacturers who are devoting to build the next generation of diesel engine compliant with more strict emissions regulation. Research on the EOL presented in this paper is a pilot study, but also an instance that has been used with some success.
