信号传递函数(SiTF)是评价红外热成像系统性能的最基本的技术指标之一,该参数能够反映系统的增益、线性度、动态范围、饱和特性及均匀性。介绍了凝视型热成像系统的信号传递函数模型、测量方法和测量步骤,并详细分析了测量此参数时热成像系统工作状态设置,并对其影响给出实验结果。
The signal transfer function(SiTF) is one of the important parameters to evaluate the characteristics of the staring thermal imaging system.The information on gain,linearity,dynamic range,saturability and nonuniformity can be obtained from the test curves of the responsivity function.The model,test method and steps of measuring SiTF are fully discussed.Then the status of the system when measured is analyzed in detail.At last the result of the measurement is put forward.
