急性白血病血清LPO水平、全血Cu·Zn-SOD含量和GSH-Px活性的研究

摘要 采用硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)法、放射免疫法和DTNB直接法对45例急性白血病(AL)病人和39例健康人血清LPO水平、全血Cu·Zn-SOD含量和GSH-Px活性进行了检测。提示在AL状态下,脂质过氧化作用增强,自由基水平增高,内源性抗氧化酶系统活力降低,清除自由基能力下降。动态观测AL病人三项指标的变化,对评价病情、估计预后具有一定的意义。 The serum liperoxide level, whole blood Cu·Zn superoxide dismutase content and glutathione peroxidase activity were determined in 45 cases of patients with acute leukemia and 39 cases of donors by TBA, RIA and DTNB direct method. The results showed that the lipid peroxidation and oxygen radicals level increased, whereas the activity of intrinsic antioxidase system and the ability of removing radicals decreased. The results indicated that it was significant for evaluating the condition and prognosis of the patients with acute leukemia to observe the three indexes dynamically.
