急性白血病血清LPO水平、全血Cu·Zn-SOD含量和GSH-Px活性的研究

STUDY ON SERUM LPO LEVEL, WHOLE BLOOD Cu·Zn SOD CONTENT AND GSH PX ACTIVITY IN ACUTE LEUKEMIA

采用硫代巴比妥酸（ＴＢＡ）法、放射免疫法和ＤＴＮＢ直接法对４５例急性白血病（ＡＬ）病人和３９例健康人血清ＬＰＯ水平、全血Ｃｕ·Ｚｎ－ＳＯＤ含量和ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ活性进行了检测。提示在ＡＬ状态下，脂质过氧化作用增强，自由基水平增高，内源性抗氧化酶系统活力降低，清除自由基能力下降。动态观测ＡＬ病人三项指标的变化，对评价病情、估计预后具有一定的意义。

The serum liperoxide level, whole blood Cu·Zn superoxide dismutase content and glutathione peroxidase activity were determined in 45 cases of patients with acute leukemia and 39 cases of donors by TBA, RIA and DTNB direct method. The results showed that the lipid peroxidation and oxygen radicals level increased, whereas the activity of intrinsic antioxidase system and the ability of removing radicals decreased. The results indicated that it was significant for evaluating the condition and prognosis of the patients with acute leukemia to observe the three indexes dynamically.
