摘要
研制了一种监测重型设备在垂直方向上做高精度旋转的测量系统,介绍了该系统的工作原理和结构特点,对影响系统精度的因素进行了详细分析,同时也建立了一种利用激光瞄准定位来标定系统旋转精度的有效方法,该方法在某重型设备的大角度、高精度的测量中得到实现和验证。
A measuring system is designed which is used for measuring a vertically rolling machine with high accuracy revolved.Introduced principle of system and the unique feature,the effecting precise factors of the system are discussed.Established one kind to locate using the laser aiming demarcates the system to revolve the precision effective method and this measuring method and device is verified by monitoring some heavy system in which great angle and high precision measurement involved.
