摘要
文章阐述了清洁发展机制CDM的内涵以及农业、畜牧业对温室气体的贡献,分析了农业、畜牧业发展CDM项目的巨大潜力,提出了农业、畜牧业通过发展CDM项目将大幅减弱全球温室效应,又可促进我国的可持续发展。
The meaning of CDM and contribution of on greenhouse gas was expatiated in this paper. The potential of CDM project on agriculture and stockbreeding was also analyzed. The CDM project will not only decrease effect of greenhouse but also promote sustainable development in our country.
