山西省植物病原真菌区系特点的研究

The Study on Flora of Pathogenic Fungi of Plant in Shanxi Province

运用归纳统计方法对发生在山西省植物上的746种真菌病害的病原类群及其寄主范围进行了分析研究,结果表明,目前山西省植物病原真菌共有121个属704种,涉及寄主植物43个科269种。按照Ainsworth分类系统,由半知菌亚门引起的植物病害数量最多,占病害总数的64.3%;子囊菌亚门占17.7%;担子菌亚门占10.2%;鞭毛菌亚门占7.0%;接合菌亚门占0.8%。

The pathogens and hosts of 746 kinds of fungous diseases of plants in Shanxi province were analyzed and summarized.The results were as follows： these diseases involved 704 species of fungi in 121 genera,269 species of host plants in 43 families.With Ainsworth fungi classification system,we found the number of diseases induced by Deuteromycotina was biggest,covering 64.3% of total diseases,then Ascomycotina covering 17.7%,Basidiomycotina covering 10.2%,Mastigomycotina covering 7.0%,Zygomycotina covering 0.8%.
