摘要
为了观察国产NdYAG激光机切除人工晶体前膜的疗效,对13例15只眼进行治疗。有2只眼因前膜太厚治疗无效;其余13只眼中,一次全部切除无复发者6只眼(占46%),二次切除5只眼,三次切除2只眼。平均击射次数75.8次,平均单次脉冲能量为10mJ,平均每次治疗总能量为543.6mJ。击伤人工晶体旁中心1只眼,周边激光伤斑5只眼,1只眼发生暂时性眼压升高。讨论了激光切除前膜的适应证及术后前膜复发的因素。国产NdYAG激光机切除前膜同样安全有效,并发症少。
To evaluate the effectiveness of domestic Nd∶YAG laser apparatus in treatment of the membrane on the anterior surface of intraocular lens (IOL), 15 eyes (13 cases) were treated. The treatment was not effective in 2 eyes because of too thick membrane. In other 13 eyes, the membrane in 6 eyes (46%) was completely removed by one treatment, 5 eyes were necessary for a second treatment and 2 eyes for a third treatment. The mean shoot number was 75 8 The average energy of each shoot was 10 mJ and the average total eneragy of each treatment was 543 6 mJ. One eye was damaged in eccentric IOL, five eyes having foggy spots on peripheral IOL surface and one eye with transient increased intraocular pressure. The indication of laser ablation for the anterior surface membrane and the cause of postoperative recurrence on the anterior surface were discussed. Our results demonstrated that China made Nd∶YAG laser apparatus is safe, effective and causing less complication in treatment of anterior membrane on the intraocular lenses.
