宿主异常免疫反应与登革病毒致病的关系 被引量:5

摘要 登革病毒感染在全世界范围内流行的越来越频繁,爆发日益增加,发生登革出血热及登革休克综合症(DHF/DSS)的病例数也呈现增加的趋势。每年,全球范围内有将近一亿人感染登革热,其中大约有50万例登革出血热。目前,登革病毒引起的DHF/DSS的机制尚未完全明了,本文主要就宿主免疫功能异常与登革病毒致病的关系的研究进展作一综述。
