女私营企业家地位认知的影响因素分析——以珠江三角洲地区为例

What Influences Female Private Entrepreneur's Status Cognition——Taking the Pearl River Delta for Example

女私营企业家的地位认知(包括经济地位、社会地位和政治地位)受到多重因素影响。本文统计分析结果显示:文化程度对女私营企业家的经济地位有显著性影响,但对她们的社会地位和政治地位没有显著性影响;个人收入对女私营企业家的经济地位和社会地位有显著作用,但对女私营企业家的政治地位没有影响。在综合模型中,文化程度对女私营企业家的地位评价(包括经济地位、社会地位和政治地位)没有显著性影响;个人年薪和企业地位是决定女私营企业家综合地位评价的基本变量。总之,女私营企业家的地位认知与她们的教育程度不相关,但与她们的先附性因素(如家庭出身、丈夫职业等)和企业经营绩效相关。

Female private entrepreneur＇s status cognition is influenced by many factors, including economic status, social status and political status. Statistics analysis indicates that education has significant influence on female private entrepreneur＇s economic status, but has no significant influence on their social status and political position~ personal income has significant influence on female private entrepreneur＇s economic status and social status, but has no significant influence on their political status. In the comprehensive model, education has no significant influence on female private entrepreneur＇s status cognition （including economic status, social status and political status）, but the yearly salary and enterprise status have strong influence on female private entrepreneur＇s comprehensive status cognition. In a word, there is no relationship between female private entrepreneur＇s status cognition and their education, but female private entrepreneur＇s status cognition is strongly influenced by their attached factors such as family background, husband＇s occupation and so on, and by the enterprise operation achievement.
