E-钙黏附素、组织蛋白酶D与胃癌侵袭转移的关系 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究E-钙黏附素(E-cadherin)、组织蛋白酶D在胃癌中的表达,探讨其与胃癌侵袭及淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法,检测96例胃腺癌组织中E-钙黏附素、组织蛋白酶D的表达情况;应用图像分析技术来分析这两个指标在胃癌中的阳性表达率。结果在浸润肌层及肌层以上、无淋巴结转移及高-中分化的胃癌组织中E-钙黏附素低表达及IRS(免疫反应分值)显著高于超过肌层、有淋巴结转移及低分化者(P<0.05);组织蛋白酶D在超过肌层、有淋巴结转移及低分化胃癌组织中的高表达及IRS明显高于浸润肌层及肌层以上、无淋巴结转移及高-中分化的胃癌(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中E-钙黏附素阳性表达与组织蛋白酶D阳性表达之间有明显负相关(P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中E-钙黏附素低表达或失表达、组织蛋白酶D高表达与胃癌侵袭转移密切相关。在胃癌侵袭转移中E-钙黏附素与组织蛋白酶D可能相互影响,相互制约。 Objective Toinvestigate the correlation between expression of E-cadherin,cathepsin D and the invision and metastasis of gastric cancers.Methods The expression of E-cadherin and cathepsin D was determinedin 96 patients with gastric cancers usingstreptavadin peroxidase method.The i mage analysis was used to analyze the expression rates of E-cadherin and cathepsin Din gastric cancers.Results The lowexpression of E-cadherin and i mmune reactive score(IRS)in gastric cancers were significantly related with the invision depth,lymph node metastasis and grade of differentiation(P〈0.05).The high expression of cathepsin D andits IRSin gastric cancers were significantly related with the invasion depth,lymph node metastasis and grade of differentiation(P〈0.05).E-cadherin expression was negatively related with cathepsin D(P〈0.05).Conclusion E-cadherin and cathepsin D playi mportant rolesin theinvision and metastasis of gastric cancers.Moreover,E-cadherin and cathepsin D mayinfluence each other.
