摘要
利用尿素与镍离子的配位作用,通过配位插层法将尿素分子引入镍基蒙脱石层间,再加入甲醛缩聚制备蒙脱石/脲醛树脂胶黏剂.实验确定适宜的反应条件为:镍基蒙脱石的质量分数2%,配位时尿素的质量分数30%,配合温度50℃,配合时间20 h.固化后样品的XRD显示蒙脱石的d(001)已撑开到2.522 3 nm,表明产物为插层型蒙脱石纳米复合物;通过对复合物与纯脲醛树脂胶黏剂的性能进行对比,显示胶液黏度增加了2.24倍,复合物胶黏剂黏接的剪切强度提高了51%.
The urea molecules were introduced into the interlayer space of Ni-montmorillonite (Ni-MMT) by coordination effect of Ni^2+ and urea. Subsequently formaldehyde was added and montmorillonite/urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive was prepared by condensation polymerization. The optimum experimental conditions were determined as: the mass fraction of Ni-MMT was 2 % ;the urea mass fraction was 30 % ; the coordinate temperature was 50℃ and the coordinate time was 20 h. The XRD results of the cured composite revealed that the interlamellar spacing of montmorillonite was 2. 522 3 nm, which indicated that the product was an intercalated montmorillonite nanocomposite. Compared with pure ureaformaldehyde resin, the viscosity of montmorillonite/urea-formaldehyde nanocomposite was increased by 2.24 times and the shearing strength was increased by 51%.
