摘要
以三氟羧草醚、氯化亚砜、乳酸乙酯为原料,经酰氯化反应、酯化反应合成除草剂乳氟禾草灵.对反应的时间、温度、催化剂进行考察,确定优化实验条件.在酰氯化反应回流时间为6 h,酯化反应温度为60℃,酯化反应时间为4 h,催化剂为三乙胺的反应条件下,产品总收率达90.26%.制得的产品经红外光谱和核磁共振波谱鉴定,证明结构正确.
Lactofen was prepared from acifluorfen, sulforous oxychloride and ehtyl lactate through the acyl-chloridization and the esterification in total 90.26 % yield. The optimal reaction conditions were determined by experiments. The time of reflux of the acid-chloridization was 6 h, the esterification tempreture was 60 ℃, the esterification time was 4 h, the catalyzer of the reaction was triethylamine, then the final product was gained. It's molecular structure was identified by IR and ^1H-NMR analysis.
