摘要
研究了γ-射线辐照对尼龙12/炭黑PTC材料性能的影响.通过凝胶抽提、电阻率-温度测试和热循环实验,考察辐照剂量和交联敏化剂对尼龙12/炭黑PTC材料性能的影响.结果表明:辐照交联可以抑制材料的NTC效应,并且改善PTC材料的热使用稳定性.
Positive temperature coefficient (PTC) composites of Carbon black (CB)-filled nylon12 (PA12) were prepared by melt mixing process and irradiated with γ-ray. Gel extraction, resistivity temperature relation and several heating cycles of the composite were tested and recorded. The influences of irradiation dose and crosslink-acceleration reagent on PTC behavior of the composites were examined. The results show that the irradiated PA12/CB composites demonstrated very low NTC effect,and PTC heating stabilization of the composite was well after several heating cycles.
