利用继电器实现电流双向情况下电阻精度的测量

摘要 在高精度电阻测量研究中,使用四线法测微弱电阻时发现电阻随时间变化的现象.在分析形成此现象的原因后,提出一种基于继电器电流反向的改进方案,使系统成本降低,精度进一步提高.采用工控仿真及实验结果表明该方案有效可行,可推广到其他系统的应用上. In the high-precision measurement of resistance,weak resistance was found to change with time in the use of four-test. Having analyzed the reasons for the formation of this phenomenon, this paper proposed an improvement program based on a reverse current relay,which allowed costs reduction and further improvement of the accuracy. Industrial simulation and experimental results showed that the program was effective and feasible, and could be extended to other systems.
