放松训练对住院青光眼患者焦虑状态的影响

Eeffect of Relaxation Training for Relieving Anxiety in Hospitalized Patients with Glaucoma

目的探讨放松训练对住院青光眼患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法将80例青光眼患者随机分为实验组(A组)和对照组(B组),两组均进行了降眼压药物治疗和一般的健康教育,实验组在此基础上进行放松训练,1次/d,30min/次,持续训练2周。于入院48h内(干预前)和干预2周后采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS),对两组患者进行效果评价。结果两周后,实验组患者的焦虑水平低于对照组,两组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论放松训练可以改善住院青光眼患者的焦虑状态,在改善患者情绪和心理状况方面为心理护理提供了良好的干预措施。

Objective To investigate the effect of relaxation training on the anxiety of hospitalized patients with glaucoma. Methods Eighty patients hospitalized for glaucoma were randomized into relaxation training group and control group, and in the former group, relaxation training for 30 rain was given once daily for 2 weeks in addition to routine use of medications for controlling intraocular pressure and general health education, whereas patients in the latter group received onlythe medication and the general health education. Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） was adopted for evaluation of the anxiety status in the two groups with in 48 h after admission （before intervention） and 2 weeks after the intervention. Results Two weeks after the relaxation training, the anxiety level of the patients in the experiment group was significantly lowered in comparison with the control group（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Relaxation training can ameliorate the anxiety of hospitalized patients with glaucoma, and provides effective means for psychological nursing of the patients by improving their emotional stress and psychological conditions.
