护士掌握临床护理突发事件应急知识的现状与对策

Current Status of Knowledge for Coping with Clinical Emergency among the Nurses and the Countermeasures

目的了解护士对临床护理突发事件应急知识的掌握情况,为护士掌握突发事件应急知识的必要性和主要内容提供资料。方法采用问卷调查及临床护理突发事件应急知识测试法对232名护士进行调查与测试。结果对病房突发事件的应急知识(第1类知识)的测试有59.1%的护士不及格,对患者突发危急情况的应急知识(第2类知识)的测试有44.4%的护士不及格。不及格的比例较高,其中尤以低学历、低年资护士占的比例较大。低学历、低年资护士与高年资、高学历护士在第1类知识与第2类知识得分值的比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论(1)临床护士对病房突发事件和患者危急情况现场处理知识缺乏。(2)亟须对临床护士进行突发事件应急知识和技能的培训。(3)提高临床护士对突发事件应急处理知识水平和技能是减少突发事件发生率和医患纠纷的根本措施。

Objective To understand the current status of the knowledge for coping with clinical emergency among the nurses, and provide evidence for justifying the necessity of training the nurses for skills of coping with clinical emergencies and for planning the main contents of the training. Methods The total of 232 nurses were included in this study, who were surveyed for their familiarity with the skills of coping with clinical emergencies the knowledge. Results Of the nurses investigated, using questionnaires and by means of examination for 59.1 % failed in the examination for skills of copingwith the emergencies in the ward （class one knowledge）, and 44.4% failed in the examination for coping with critical emergencies in individual patients （class two knowledge）. The nurses with relatively lower education level and less experiences with nursing had higher failing rate for the examination, and significant differences in the scores for class one and two knowledge were noticed between the more experienced nurses with higher education and those with lower education level（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The nurses show a general insufficiency of the knowledge for coping with the emergencies in the ward and critical emergencies in individual patients, and relevant training is necessary. Improving the understanding of the knowledge among the nurses is the fundamental means to reduce the incidence of clinical emergencies and disputes between patients and the hospital.
