摘要
标杆管理为20世纪90年代三大管理方法之一,被西方现代企业认为是改善经营绩效、提高全球竞争力最有用的一个管理工具。本文阐述了标杆管理的涵义、新时期军队医院运用标杆管理的必要性,以及借用标杆管理的方法,结合新时期军队护理管理所存在的问题,提出了标杆管理在军队医院护理管理中的实施建议。
Benchmarking management is one of 3 main management methods in the 1990＇s,and is considered by the modern enterprises in the west as the most useful management method for improving the managerial performance and global competence. Based on the Benehmarking management method and the existing broblems of nursing management in military hospital in this new era, the author proposes practical measures for implementing the Benehmarking management in nursing management in the military hospitals.
