中长跑技术的研究动态

Research trend on the technique of middle-long distance run

运用文献资料法,总结国内外中长跑技术的研究成果及最新动态。结果表明:近年来,国内外对中长跑技术的研究缺乏突破和创新。主要表现在:研究还是从二维平面角度,探讨中长跑运动员途中跑技术的运动学特征,而对运动员途中跑技术三维空间运动学和动力学特征缺少研究。在此基础上笔者也对今后中长跑技术的研究方向给予了展望。

By the literature method, the research summarized the research achievement and the new trend on the technique of middle-long distance run at home and abroad. The result shows the research of middle-long distance run lacks breakthrough and new ideas recently. The main expression is to explore the kinematic character of even pace thchnique of runners of middle-long distance run from two-dimensional plane, but lacks the study of thress-dimensional space characters of kinematics and kinetics for the even pace technique of runners.On the basis of it, the author looks ahead the research direction of the technique of middle-long distance run.
