摘要
采用文献资料法、录像观察法和数理统计法,对历届世界健美操锦标赛的文献资料以及第9届健美操世锦赛混双项目前8名成绩进行统计、分析,总结出健美操混双项目目前的发展趋势,并提出相应的对策及建议,以期为我国竞技健美操的发展提供参考。
Using literature, video-observation and statistics methods, this paper analyzed the video documents and the in front eight achievements of the 9th Aerobics World Championships in mixed doubles event, summarized the trend of aerobics mixed doubles and provided the countermeasures for china team. The aim is to give the reference for the development of competitive aeorobics of our country.
