抚仙湖、星云湖流域环境规划研究

Environmental Planning Research of Hu Xian and Xing Yun Lake Catchment

规划以协调社会经济发展、资源开发与环境保护关系的宏观对策为主，具有宏观战略、生态保护战略与具体工程措施两个层次。在制订若干单项规划的基础上，采用半定量与定性方法对总体规划方案进行优化及环境目标终定。在抚仙湖水质计算中引入了等效混合体积概念，从数值模拟的角度揭示了水质变化趋势及主要影响因素，并在水质模式的参数识别中运用了整体最优化的开拓卡尔曼滤波法。

The main okjective of this planning is to foronulate the macro-strategy in order to coordinate the economic development,resource exploitation and environmental protection.There are two levels,one is the macro-strateqy of ecological environment and the other is the specific projects.On the basis of a certain number of single plannings,the qualitative and quantitative analysis method is used to optimiza the comprehensive planning and definite the environmdntal tragets.The concept of equivalent mixing volume is introduced in calculating the water quality.Meanwhile,the tendoncy of water quality variation and the factors which wiu alfect the water quality are predicted from the point of numerical value model.
