摘要
根据我国环保产业和环保市场发展状况，结合信托经济的特点和规律，提出在环保投资、环保融资、环保租赁、环保产业合资合营等方面引入信托机制的必要性和重要性。
According to the development situation of environmental protection industries and markets in China, combined with the characteristics and laws of trust economy,it was put forward that the necessity and importance of trust system which would be introduced into environmental investment,circulating necessary fund, renting and so on.
