摘要
本实验以芦丁为对照品,采用可见紫外分光光度法在500nm下对内蒙古不同产区沙棘果实总黄酮含量进行分析测定。结果内蒙古和林格尔、内蒙古东胜、内蒙古凉城所产沙棘果实总黄酮含量较高,其他产区次之。
The total content of flavone was analyzed by Vis--UV spectrophotometry at 500 nm and calculated by rutin. To analysis the total content of flavorne in Hippophae rhamnoies in different areas of Inner Mongolia. Results the total content of flavorne in Hippophae rhamnoies of Helingeer, Dongsheng and Liangcheng areas are high, eles areas are low.
