Implementation of Auto-Mounting and Management of USB Devices Based on Embedded Linux

针对目前嵌入式Linux系统缺乏对USB设备管理的问题,依据Linux内核中Proc虚拟文件系统可实时地提供当前系统内核信息的特点,结合进程间的通信机制,提出了一种关于USB设备自动安装及更新安装的方法,实现了嵌入式Linux下USB设备的即插即用。

For lack of management of USB device under embedded Linux system, this article presents an idea of auto-mounting and remounting about USB Flash disk, depending on the Proc file system which timely provides the state information of the current system and making use of the mechanism of inter-process communication. This method realized the PnP for USB devices under embedded Linux.
