Poetry Predestimed Relationship Feeling——Discussion on Zeng Guofan's Poetry

曾国藩一生于学问领域用功最多者是诗文,其诗文成就奠定了他在中国近代文学史上的地位。曾国藩在《湖南文征序》里精确阐明:"就吾所知之理而笔诸书而传诸世,称吾爱恶悲愉之情而缀辞以达之"。他的情是地道的"爱恶悲愉",他的情强调了人的本性,消除了儒家气息。忧国忧民之情、思乡之情、兄弟之情、朋友之情渗透于曾氏的诗歌中。

It was in the poems that Zeng Guofan spent most time in the field of schoolars of his llfe. So his poem achievements made him establish the status in Chinese modern literature history. In ＂The Preface of Hunan Collected Works＂, he expounded accurately： ＂Write all kinds of works and spread them generation by generation with my knowledge＂. His feeling was a natural one which emphasized human beings＇ nature and dispeled confucian flavor. The feelings of worrying about his country and people, thinking of his hometown, brothers and friends had been infiltrated in Zeng＇ s poetries.
