第三方物流企业自备运力规模测算方法研究

Measuring Self-Provided Conveyance Scale of A 3PL Enterprise

资产型第三方物流企业的运力包括两部分:企业投资购置部分和通过租赁等资源整合方式所获得的部分。本文研究资产型第三方物流企业自备运力规模的测算模型与运算流程,以辅助企业合理整合自身车辆装备投资资源与社会运输车辆资源。理论研究与实证分析结果表明,本文提出的第三方物流企业自备运力规模测算流程具有计算过程简单实用、实现理论层面到实践层面的合理过渡等优点。

The conveyance capacity of a 3PL enterprise owning function resources comprises two parts： one part purchased by the 3PL enterprise and the other part obtained by integrating social resources. To measure the self-provided conveyance scale of a 3PL enterprise, the paper established a measuring model and analyzed its operation flow. Because of the model assisting the integration of self and social resources, enterprises will benefit from the model.
