摘要
本文从规制经济学、法理学和法经济学三个视角,对我国客运专线引入晚点救济机制的必要性进行了初步阐述。该机制的引入是必要的也是必须的,它对提高我国铁路运输的市场竞争力、促进我国铁路运输网络与国际铁路旅客运输接轨有积极意义。
From three views on economics of regulation, jurisprudence and law, and economics, this paper analyzes the necessities of introducing the delay remedy system into China's dedicated passenger lines. The authors think it is necessary and required to introduce the system, and it is meaningful in promoting China rails' power of competition and accelerating its connection with the world railways.
