Risk Discerning and Controlling of Financial Leasing in China Railway Industry

本文从融资租赁双方的角度分析了铁路融资租赁业务可能存在的风险因素,认为信用风险和市场风险是主要风险,技术风险、贸易风险和不可抗力风险是次要风险。其中,信用风险是承租方最关键的风险控制点,市场风险是出租方最关键的风险控制点。

This article analyzes the risk factors of financial leasing business with a view of lesser and lessee in China railway industry. In our opinion, credit risk and market risk are the main risks while technology risk, trading risk and force majored risk are the minor risks. Credit risk is the key controlling point for lessees, and market risk is the key controlling point for leasers.
