摘要
以丙烯酸-丙烯腈共聚物盐为荷电材料,以PSA为基膜研制了负电性紧密型复合超滤膜,本文主要研究了丙烯酸-丙烯腈共聚物盐的合成,荷电剂浓度、反应温度和反应时间等制膜条件对膜性能影响。研究了荷电膜的离子交换容量(I.E.C)与制膜条件的关系。制得的丙烯酸-丙烯腈共聚物盐复合超滤膜在0.6MPa下,对自来水的脱盐率为40~50%,水通量为5~10ml/cm2·h,I.E.C为6.0~8.0×10-4meq/cm2。
Negatively charged dense composite UF membranes were prepared with PSA membrane as substrate and the copolymer salt as charged material. Studies on the effects of membrane making conditions, such as, synthesis of the copolymer salt, concentration of the charged material, reaction tcmperature and period , on membrane properties were carried out in this work, including the relation between I.E.C of the charged membranes and membrane making conditions. The copolymer salt composite UF membranes prepared in the study were tested under the pressure of 0.6MPa and tap water as feed, having rejection of 40-50% and flux of 5-10ml/cm 2·h. The I.E.C of the copolymer salt membranes is 6.0-8.0×10 -4 meq/cm 2.
