聚醚砜制膜液的相分离2.四元体系

摘要 本文对聚醚砜(PES)/溶剂/丙二醇(PG)/水(H2O)四元制膜液体系的相分离进行了研究。提出了利用正四面体的某些截面表示一定组成,得出相分离曲线和相分离曲面,并能较好地描述四元体系。添加剂PG对相分离的作用相当于非溶剂作用。 Phase separation phenomena are investigated for quaternary systems of polyethersulfone/solvent/propylene glycol(PG)/water(H 2O). Some of the cross sections are used to stand for a centain component, and semiternary phase diagrams are ploted, then a quaternary phase diagram shown in a tetrahedron is obtained. The phase separation behavior studied is related to membrane forming properties of a system containing a small molecular additive PG, which is also a second nonsolvent affecting the quaternary phase diagrams. Additivity is found for PG and H 2O. The study provides many useful ideas by preparing four components membrane forming systems.
