Heat Generation Behavior of EV Battery and Its Thermal Management Technology

摘要 分析了HEV电池在充电、放电和过充电等条件下热产生机理和该领域国外有关试验测量结果.在归纳了采用风冷、液冷方式优缺点的前提下,指出采用相变材料(PCM)的热管理系统是未来锂离子动力电池热管理的重要方向.最后对电池热管理系统的设计步骤进行了归纳. The studies and the practical measuring results on the heat generation behavior of high performance HEV battery under conditions of charge, discharge and overcharge have been reviewed. On the basis of summarizing the advantage and disadvantage of battery thermal management system (BTM) using air and liquid cooling, it is pointed out that PCM based BTMS for lithium ion power battery would become an important trend in the future. The general designing procedure of BTMS is simply introduced at the end of this paper.
