摘要
根据物元分析理论，建立了环境工程方案评标的数学模型，并成功地应用于某废水治理工程的中标方案的优选工作中。
According to the Feature Analysis Theory,the mathematical model for selecting the optimal environmental engineering scheme was established in this paper,and it was successfully applied to the bid evaluation of a wastewater treatment project.
