摘要
为解决偏远农村地区特殊教育教师短缺问题,美国运用了以技术为中介的多种模式的远程教育,包括四种为偏远农村地区培养特殊教育教师的计划,目的是使职前和在职教育计划更有利于特殊教育教师的培养。这些模式的主要特点是充分开发和利用现代网络技术,以课程学习和实习为主,重视对学生的监督和观察,实行严格的质量监控。
In order to solve the lack of special education teachers in rural area, teacher educators of America make full use of technology in variety of distance education, which includes four kinds of programs for cultivating special education teachers in rural area, aiming at making the preservice and inservice education programs more accessible to special education teachers. The main features of the programs are developing and making full use of modem network technology,focusing on course study and practical teaching,paying attention to supervision and observation on students, and being strict with the quality of course and practical teaching.
