抵抗素基因多态性与妊娠期糖尿病的相关性研究

摘要 妊娠期糖尿病（gestational diabetes mellitus，GDM）是指妊娠期首次出现的糖耐量异常，以葡萄糖代谢紊乱为主，继而引起脂类、蛋白质代谢异常的临床综合征。GDM发病认为与胰岛素抵抗（insulin resistance，IR）有关。妇女妊娠后，存在生理性IR，糖耐量受损（impaired glucose tolerance，IGT），胰岛素敏感性（insulin sensitivity index，ISI）下降，易发生GDM。抵抗素（resistin）是由脂肪组织分泌的一种多肽类激素，与肥胖、2型糖尿病关系密切。
