摘要
目的:通过检测大鼠蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑脊液中(CSF)Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端肽(PICP)、Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端肽(PⅢNP)浓度的动态变化,研究其反映蛛网膜下腔纤维化的意义。方法:采取在枕大池两次注血法建立大鼠SAH模型;在第三天、第六天、第十天、第十四天、第二十一天取脑脊液检测转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)和PICP、PⅢNP浓度。结果:(1)实验组脑脊液的TGF-β1较对照组明显升高(P<0.01),并呈双时相;(2)实验组脑脊液的PICP、PⅢNP较对照组明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:大鼠SAH发生后,脑脊液中的PICP、PⅢNP浓度升高提示蛛网膜下腔出现纤维化,早期检测可预测蛛网膜下腔的纤维化的发生。
Objective:To research the significance of PICP and PⅢNP reflecting the fibrosis of cavitas subarachnoidealis by detect- ing the concentrations of PICP and Pm NP in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) of rats after subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH). Methods:The animal model of rats with SAH was made by injecting autoblood solution into cistorna magna twice. At the third day,the 6th day,the lOth day, the 14th day,the 21th day,CSF was collected and was measured the levels of TGF-1 and PICP,PⅢNP. Results: (1)The level of TGF-β1 in CSF of rats with SAH was statistically significantly greater compared with control level (P〈0.01). (2)The levels of PICP and Pm NP in CSF of rats with SAH were statistically significantly greater compared with control levels (P〈0.01). Conclusion:After SAH,it is suggested the fibrosis of cavitas subarachnoidealis that the concentrations of PICP and PⅢNP in CSF rise significantly.And early detection of the levels of PICP and PⅢNP in CSF may help in the prediction of the fibrosis of cavitas subarachnoidealis.
