39例毒鼠强急性中毒的救治体会

Treatment of acute toxicosis of ratsbane in 39 cases

目的:探讨毒鼠强急性中毒患者的救治措施。方法:对我院1999￣2006年39例毒鼠强急性中毒患者抢救资料进行回顾性分析。结果:39例均抢救成功,治愈出院。结论:毒鼠强中毒至今尚无肯定的特效解毒剂。轻症患者采用综合对症治疗,尽早清除未吸收的毒物;中、重症患者迅速控制反复发作的抽搐,保持呼吸道通畅,防止舌咬伤和吸入窒息,减轻脑水肿,保护重要脏器功能,防止并发症。

Objective ：To investigate the therapeutic measures of acute toxicosis of ratsbane.Methods：The salvation data in 39 patients with acute toxicosis of ratsbane from 1999 to 2006 treated in our hospital were analysed retrospectively.Results：To date,there was no spec/fic antidote.Conclusion：The therapeutic principle is as follows ：The comprehensive and expectant treatment is used for the low-grade patients,and cleaning out the poison which is not absorbent should be performed as soon as possible.Controlling the repeated twitch rapidly, keeping the flow of respiratory tract, preventing the hurt of tongue and aspiration asphyxia,lightening the encephaledema, protecting the function of important organs and preventing the complications are used for the moderate and severe patients.
