鼻渊舒口服液辅助鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of nasosinusitis relieving oral liquid combined with functional endoscopic sinus surgery in chronic sinusitis

目的:观察鼻渊舒口服液对慢性鼻窦炎功能性鼻内镜手术后疗效的影响。方法:将347例临床确诊为慢性鼻窦炎的患者随机分为治疗组182例和对照组165例,对照组行功能性鼻内镜手术加常规药物治疗;治疗组在行功能性鼻内镜手术和常规药物治疗的基础上,加服鼻渊舒口服液。结果:治疗组182例,治愈147例,总有效率89.56%;对照组165例,治愈116例,总有效率78.79%,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论:鼻渊舒口服液可增强慢性鼻窦炎功能性鼻内镜手术的疗效,可避免因长时间使用抗生素、激素而引发的全身不良反应。

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of nasosinusitis relieving oral liquid （NROL） in the patients with chronic sinusitis following the surgical treatment of functional endoscopic sinus surgery （FESS）.Methods：347 patients with chronic sinusitis were included in this study,and divided into two groups randomly,with 182 in the treatment group （TG） and 165 in the control group（CG）.The cases in TG were treated by the combined therapy of NROL and FESS plus routine drugs, while the cases in CG were treated by the FESS plus routine drugs.Results：The therapeutic effect of TG was significandy superior to that of CG,with the curative rate being 89.56% and 78.79% for TG and CG respectively （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：NROL can further improve the therapeutic effect FESS in chronic sinusitis,as one of the effective medicines, it is advisable to integrate it into the complex therapy for this kind of lesion.
