肝肺综合征与肝移植的麻醉

摘要 1963年，Starzl和他的助手们在科罗拉多州立大学施行了世界上第一例肝移植手术，到20世纪90年代．肝移植已逐步成为临床上治疗终末期肝病的常规方法。尽管技术不断发展，目前肝移植仍然是一项风险极大的手术。肝移植手术的麻醉具有极大的挑战性，许多问题有待进一步的研究和探讨。终末期肝病。常并发有静脉曲张性出血、肝性脑病、肝肾综合征、顽固性腹水、严重营养不良．
