Barrett食管的追踪监测手段及评价
摘要
Barrett食管是由英国心胸外科医生Barrett在上世纪50年代首次报告提出并以他的名字命名．是指食管黏膜局部的复层鳞状上皮被单层柱状上皮所取代．是食管及胃连接部腺癌惟一已知的癌前病变。因此．对Barrett食管及与其相关的不典型增生和黏膜内腺癌的追踪监测。已日益引起消化界的重视。如何对Barrett食管进行追踪监测。目前尚缺乏统一的临床规范。我们查阅文献。综述如下。
