依托咪酯复合瑞芬太尼用于无痛人工流产术的麻醉效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨依托咪酯复合瑞芬太尼在无痛人工流产术的麻醉效果。方法:将100例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ终止妊娠者随机分为依托咪酯组(A组)和依托咪酯复合瑞芬太尼组(B组),每组50例。观察两组孕妇麻醉前、手术前的平均动脉压(MAP),心率(HR),血氧饱和度(SpO2)及苏醒时间,离院时间。结果:B组患者HR、MAP较麻醉前降低,苏醒时间,离院时间较A组短。结论:依托咪酯复合瑞芬太尼用于无痛人流术可产生良好的麻醉效果。 Objective :To investigate the anesthetic effect of analgesia articial abortion using remifentanil combined with etomidate. Methods:A total of 100 earlypregnant women were randomily divided into two groups.The group A (n=50) was used with etomidate,while the group B(n=50) was used with remifentanil combined with etomidate.The mean arterial pressure( MAP),heart rate(HR),blood oxygen saturation (SpO2),recovery time and leaving hospital time were observed respectively.Results:Group B:comparing with the pre-anesthesia,there was significant decrease in HR and MAP while,comparing with group A,there was significant decrease in recovery time and leaving hospital time.Conclusion:It has been proved to be good in analgesia artificial abortion using remifentanil combined with etomidate
