170例中晚期孕妇心电图分析

Analysis on the ECG features of metaphase and advanced pregnant women in 170 cases

目的:探讨妊娠期妇女的心电图改变。方法:采用BRENTWOOD心电工作站12导联同步机描记170例妊娠期妇女组的心电图和170例健康体检组妇女的心电图作对比。结果:孕妇组心电图异常82例,其中短P-R 16例,心律失常42例(包括窦性心动过速30例、房性早搏8例、室性早搏4例),ST-T改变24例。结论:孕妇的异常心电图明显高于健康体检组,最多见的是心律失常。

Objective ：To investigate the electrocardiogram（ECG） features of pregnant women. Methods：With Brentwood electrocardiograph,the ECG examination was performed in 170 pregnant women and 170 healthy women,and their results were compared. Results： The ECG abnormality in pregnant woman group was found in 82 cases,in which the short P-R period was 16 cases,arrhythmia 42 cases （including sinus tachycardia 30 eases,atrial extrasystole 8 eases and ventricular extrasystole 4 cases） as well as ST-T variety 24 cases. Conclusion：The ECG abnormality in pregnant woman is significantly higher than that in healthy woman, especially arrhythrnia.
