摘要
采用超声提取反相高效液相色谱测定土壤中微量硫双威的含量.以甲醇作提取剂,对超声提取的条件进行了选择.提取物在反相ODS柱上用甲醇/水作流动相,紫外检测器进行检测,方法的线性范围宽,精密度和准确度好.相对标准偏差为1.48%,加标平均回收率为100.7%,最低定量限为0.01μg/g,最低检测限为0.042ng.还对硫双威在土壤中的降解规律进行了研究.
In this paper,a method for determination of trace thiodicarb in soil by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP HPLC)with supersonic extraction where methanol was used as extraction solvent was presented.The supersonic extraction conditions for thiodicarb were selected.Analyses were performed on a 150×4 6mm octacedylsilica(ODS)bonded phase column in 14 minutes.Methanol/water(60/40)mobile phase was used.Ultraviolet detector was used for detection in 240 nm wave length.The linearity of the developed method was verified.The relative standard deviation(RSD) of the method was 1 48%.The average recovery rate was 100 7%.The quantitation limit was 0 01μg/g.The detection limit was 0 042ng.In addition,the degraded rule of thiodicarb in soil was studied.
