摘要
提出了从钡渣中回收黑色基并合成直接耐晒黑G染料的方法。直接耐晒黑G染料的得率达到钡渣量的2.56%,产品质量达到HG9336-88标准。工业装置试验结果表明,该法流程合理,技术可行,操作稳定,既消除环境污染,又回收并合成有用的化工产品,具有明显的环境效益和经济效益。
A method of recovering black colour base and synthesizing benzo fast black G dye from barium dregs has been developed. The yield of benzo fast black G dye reached 2.56% of barium dregs and the product quality could meet the standard of HG9336-88. The resuilts of industrial experiments proved that the method was characterised by reasonable process flow, reliable technology and stable operation. It could not only eliminate environmental pollution, but also convert the waste into a valuable product, realising remarkable environmental and economic benefits.
