摘要
超超临界锅炉是今后我国火电建设的发展趋势,蒸汽压力和温度的提高对受压元件金属材料的焊接工艺提出了特殊的要求。本文针对我国首台国产化百万等级超超临界锅炉机组研发和制造过程中遇到的各种新钢材特性做简要介绍和分析,通过工艺试验和焊接工艺评定,针对新钢材和不同种类的受压元件开发出了适合的焊接工艺,确保了超超临界锅炉受压元件的焊接质量,对今后类似炉型受压元件制造工艺具有一定的借鉴意义。
Ultra supercritical boiler is a direction for thermal power,Weld technology are required especially because of increasing in steam pressure and temperature.The new steel characteristic during development and manufacture of the first 1000 MW class ultra supercritical boiler in my country is introduced in this article.The appropriate weld techniques are developed by experiment and weld technique evaluation.It guarantees welding of ultra supercritical boiler pressure part and can be used for reference to manufacture of similar boiler.
